Nathan from Creative Network Systems (CNS) has always been a great help with fulfilling the needs and expectations of our customers.
Recently, after hours on a public holiday, one of our most valued clients with multiple sites in Sydney, UK and the USA had local server issues and subsequently were unable to access critical files on their Sydney based server.
Nathan from CNS was able to quickly identify the problem - a failed network switch, and was able to reconfigure the connection so that remote users could retrieve their files once again.
They then replaced the defective network switch with a new one to ensure all local network users where able to work as normal the following day. This work was all completed within two hours of me calling CNS.
Partnering with CNS has been a real asset to our business. It allows our (primarily IT based) business to offer services to our clients, which they would otherwise have to source externally themselves.
Having worked in a lot of high-end data centers such as Telstra Pitt St Sydney, global switch Ultimo CNS is aware of how delicate some communications rooms can be. We never have to worry that we are sending someone who might cause problems to our client servers and hardware.
Our clients have always been very happy with Nathan’s good communication skills and friendly attitude towards client staff; he causes minimal disruption and always leaves the premises clean and tidy.

CNS has recently carried out major data cabling and electrical work in our office. The work involved recabling the entire office and installing numerous new power points prior to a new computer server being installed.

Nathan Rykers did a big job for us in 2010 with our server and telephone cabling system.
We are a serviced office and have a lot of offices with fax and telephone cables for each individual office.
Nathan organised all cables in an immaculate order and gave me a list referring the cable number to each individual office. I now can switch and swop the telephone numbers from one office to the other myself, it is that easy.
Whenever I have a question or a “cable” related issue, I ask Nathan first.
Nathan knows our business and knows how everything is cabled. Nathan is very friendly, on time (or informs you if he’s got hold up), organized, ready to start working with all the tools from the first minute on, informs well about the issue and options to solve it, provides quotes, responds to email and phone messages, is tidy and always cleans up.
